Amnys Darbyshire is a Women’s Health Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher. She can assist you with all aspects and stages of a woman’s life. From celebrating a girl’s passage  to womanhood , through menstrual disorder, fertility, a gracious transition to  menopause and beyond. She offers a unique blend of practices gathered from a variety of traditions and styles. Drawing on yogic traditions, Taoist practices, whole food medicine, herbal remedies and more.

Amnys is an intuitive body worker,  she listens to your body and uses this to guide her hands-on therapy. You are invited to make simple changes within your life to empower you and help you to feel in charge of your own health and wellbeing.

She runs Yoga for Women’s Health classes, both group and individual sessions. Group classes are based on the moon cycle to reflect the women’s menstrual cycle. Individual sessions are designed specifically to the needs of the woman from fertility, menstrual issues or just general health and wellbeing.

Amnys believes that self knowledge and the practice of self care is wealth and power.  Amnys is driven to inspire and teach women to develop this for themselves, to be empowered in their own bodies.
